Once you are ready for a change, you can get to the nearest resort in Brazil. Only 11 km from the frontier cities Chuy, in the other side of the creek, there is The Ecology Seaside Resort of “Alvorada” ;150 meters away from where the Uruguayan Route 9 and the Brazilian Road (BR that goes to Pelotas and Porto Alegre) meet... you turn to the right and you'll find a straight narrow path.
